“Mainspring” LLC was founded in 2008 conducting activities of foreign and domestic trade. Since 2013, we have established raw rubber manufacturing factory and been supplier of the Erdenet Mining Corporation.
Our company has been providing services on construction, interior decoration, landscaping, reinforced concrete, wood and masonry structure construction, expansion and renovation, installation of lighting, power and communications systems, alarm and internet networks, fire alarm systems and their equipment as approval of activities listed in License given by Ministry of Construction and Urban Development.
We are one of the national construction companies operating in the Mongolian construction sector. Our company has been providing our best services in construction, electrical and communication systems.
It is imperative to comply with the applicable laws and regulations of Mongolia, as well as requirements of the International Quality Management System including ISO 9001: 2008, OHSAS 18001: 2007, OHSAS 18001: 2007, and the ISO 21500 to provide such services.
We have more than 30 employees including consultants, electrical engineers, telecommunications engineers, construction engineers, and mechanic engineers. We’re proud of our construction and marketing professionals and being national tax payer.

EXPERIENCE
“A” apartment block of “ELITE” campus full interior work is completed which includes sauna, shop, dining hall, and the 48 households interior within 8 months and got approval from the state commission.
Hotel base of the “АМАРСУ” restaurant of “Pearl Suvarga” LLC, and building basement with double assembly and also full interior was performed.
In 2018, “Erdenet Store building 4th and 5th floor interior, ventilation and electricity work performed.
MRCS’s children and youth development center 1th floor construction and interior was performed in Erdene soum of Tuv aimag
